You have a 30-day guarantee from the date of receipt of the product to return your item in new condition. Returned items that are worn, incomplete (user manual, case, warranty certificate, etc.), damaged, or dirty will not be accepted. Simply specify the reason for the return, and it will be exchanged or refunded (Exclusions from the 30-day money-back guarantee include: engraved models, custom-made items, certified diamonds purchased specifically for you, and full diamond rings).
Gift vouchers and other purchase vouchers that do not constitute monetary values cannot be refunded or exchanged. The amount of orders paid with a gift voucher or purchase voucher will be credited to the customer's account.
Note: Full diamond rings are not exchangeable due to their unique nature.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
It must be protected in its original packaging or in suitable cardboard packaging (do not use a paper envelope) and addressed to:

accompanied by your warranty certificate or invoice with your specific instructions.
The shipping costs and risks are covered by us; simply request a return slip to prepare the return of your jewelry or diamond. We advise you to return your item preferably in discreet packaging. For your declared value shipments, we can send you the necessary materials for free upon request to prepare the package. We are insured up to 10,000 euros per package. Warranty-covered models are returned to you at our expense within fifteen days.
