The average production and delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the model.
However, we can expedite the manufacturing process upon request. Some pieces can be delivered within 48 hours.
Please note that a 10% surcharge applies to products requiring immediate delivery.
What is Celinni’s return and exchange policy?
Yes, you have 30 days to return a jewelry item from our Collection without any justification. Please note the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending to receive a prepaid return label.
