We offer a professional ring resizing service in our workshops, with your first resize completely free of charge. This service applies both to rings purchased from our collections and to bespoke jewellery creations. Simply return your ring to us and our jewellers will carefully adjust it to fit your finger perfectly, with no charge for the first resizing.
Lifetime Warranty on Your Jewellery
We are one of the few jewellery houses to offer our customers a lifetime warranty on our jewellery. If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect under normal conditions of use, your Celinni jewellery is covered by our lifetime warranty against any defect in craftsmanship.
Please note that, to keep this lifetime warranty valid, you must follow the recommended schedule for our jewellery refurbishment service, offered free of charge every 18 months.
Free engraving
In addition to crafting each piece of jewellery to order, we offer a personalisation service to make your jewellery truly unique. We provide complimentary engraving for your rings or jewellery plates, using the font of your choice. Our suppliers
We select the best suppliers for our materials. We have made the decision to work exclusively with suppliers certified by organisations and standards including the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council), Kimberley Process, BPP (Best Practice Principles) and COC (Chain of Custody).

The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC)
The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) is an organisation founded in 2005 with the mission of promoting ethical, social and environmental practices throughout the gold and diamond supply chain, from mining through to distribution. Companies joining its initiatives must obtain certification within two years of becoming members and commit to implementing and promoting responsible practices in ethics, environmental protection and working conditions.
Founded in 2005, the organisation now has nearly 450 members, including 310 certified members. RJC certification requires regular independent audits of a company's practices, making it one of the jewellery industry's most rigorous assurances of ethical traceability — going far beyond a simple declaration of commitment.
The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme
The Kimberley Process is an international negotiation forum that has brought together representatives of governments, the diamond industry and civil society since May 2000. Its objective is to prevent conflict diamonds — rough diamonds used by rebel movements to finance military activities — from entering the international diamond market.
For a diamond to be considered fully conflict-free, it must meet all of the following criteria:
No allegations of child labour
No financing of civil wars, terrorism or acts of violence
Fair wages for people employed in diamond mines
Safe mines with appropriate working conditions
Mining operations that do not pose a threat to the environment
Created in response to the “blood diamond” scandal, in which diamonds were used to finance several armed conflicts in Africa at the end of the 20th century, the Kimberley Process now brings together more than 80 participating countries committed to certifying every export of rough diamonds. At Celinni, this certification is a non-negotiable prerequisite when selecting our diamond suppliers.
Chain of Custody (COC)
The Chain of Custody (COC) is a certification issued by the RJC confirming that products manufactured throughout a supply chain have been produced responsibly and are conflict-free. This standard complements the RJC Code of Practices by establishing specific requirements for the traceability of precious metals that are sourced, produced, processed and sold. A chain of custody is a documented sequence that identifies every stage in a product's journey through the manufacturing process, providing full visibility into the practices, facilities and production locations involved.

From a certain quality level, your diamond will also be certified by independent gemmological laboratories such as the GIA (Gemological Institute of America), HRD (Antwerp's diamond grading laboratory) or IGI (International Gemological Institute). Our Use of Precious Metals
Our jewellery is designed with ethical considerations extending from the gemstones to the precious metals, which is why we exclusively use recycled and responsibly sourced gold and platinum. Recycling gold is essential when considering the environmental impact of gold mining. The extraction of just 20 grams of gold can result in:

50,000 litres of water used
150 litres of fuel consumed to operate machinery, contributing to polluting extraction and refining processes
20 kg of sulphur oxide used
These figures relate to just 20 grams of pure gold. Consider the environmental impact associated with the 420 tonnes of gold produced in 2019. By recycling gold and platinum, we help reduce the need for additional mining and, consequently, the pollution associated with this industry.

Recycled gold and platinum have exactly the same physical properties and purity as precious metals extracted directly from mines, as they are the same materials, simply remelted and purified according to the same fineness standards: 750/1000 for 18-carat gold and 950/1000 for platinum.
