How does the shipping and delivery of your diamonds and jewelry work?

Maison Celinni offers fast, free delivery on all shipments within France. The process is as follows: Once your jewelry has passed through the hands of our quality controllers, our shipping service will call you to confirm the delivery method, address, and date of receipt for your parcel. Your package is then handed over to DHL, who will notify you of its pickup by email directly.

Our provider DHL delivers within 24 to 48 hours after shipment, which itself occurs 3 to 4 weeks after your order is confirmed.

The parcel will be delivered against signature, and you will have the option to modify the delivery time if it does not suit you.

To avoid any unpleasant surprises, your items will be securely packaged in a neutral packaging, which will contain your protective box.

A beautiful high jewelry case accompanies all our creations, along with a bag for the pleasure of gifting and the insurance and certification documents related to your purchase.

DELIVERY IN FRANCE

Delivery within mainland France is free of charge.

The product will be delivered to you without any additional fees, and you will not have to pay any duties or taxes for shipments within France. This service is fully covered.

The delivery time is typically between 24-48 business hours.

Insurance is also included in the shipment to ensure the safety of your product during transit. We are pleased to offer this service free of charge, so you can receive your products with complete peace of mind.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE

International delivery is certainly possible thanks to our partner DHL. The product will be delivered to you tax-free, and you will then be responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes based on the delivery country.

This service may take up to 10 days depending on the country you are in.

Insurance is once again included in the shipment. The rate for international shipments is €130. It covers the export documentation fees of the freight forwarder as well as the transport (we only charge the freight forwarder's fees).

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE SCHENGEN AREA (OUTSIDE EUROPE)

International delivery is certainly possible thanks to our partner DHL. The product will be delivered to you tax-free, and you will then be required to pay the applicable duties and taxes depending on the delivery country.

This service may take up to 10 days depending on the country you are in.

Insurance is once again included in the shipment. The rate for international shipments is €130. It covers the export documentation fees of the freight forwarder as well as the transportation costs (we only charge the freight forwarder's fees).

ARE MY JEWELS INSURED?

Our diamond insurance covers each package up to €20,000. Therefore, shipments are carried out with complete peace of mind for both the customer and the merchant.

For any parcel valued over €20,000, we use other specialized providers for shipping jewelry, such as Malca Amit, Ferrari, or Brinks.

If you have any questions regarding shipments, feel free to contact us by email at service-client@celinni.com or by phone at 01 42 80 27 36. You have a 30-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

If you wish to return your jewelry, you must contact us by phone at 01.42.80.27.36 or by email at atelier@celinni.com, specifying the reasons for your request. We will then send you a return label.

Upon receiving the jewelry, we will perform a quality check and proceed with an exchange or refund. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the parcel.
