Shipments, deliveries and returns

How does the shipping and delivery of your diamonds and jewelry work ?

The Celinni offers you fast delivery, free on all shipments in France. The process is as follows:
When your jewelry has been inspected by our quality controllers, our shipping department will call you to confirm the delivery method, address, and the day you will receive your package. Your package is then handed over to DHL, who will notify you of its processing directly by email.
Our service provider DHL delivers to you within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. elleShipment takes place 3 to 4 weeks after the validation of your order.
The package is handed over to you against signature and you will have the possibility to change the delivery time if it does not suit you.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises, your items will be securely packaged in a neutral packaging that will include your protective box. A beautiful high-end jewelry case accompanies all our creations, a bag for the joy of giving, and the insurance and certification documents related to your purchase.
You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

You also have the option to pick up your order directly from the showroom. A delivery appointment will then be scheduled with you at a time of your convenience from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and from 9:30 am to 4 pm on Friday.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE SCHENGEN AREA (OUTSIDE EUROPE)

International delivery is entirely possible thanks to our partners DHL or FEDEX. The product will be delivered to you tax-free, and you will then have to pay the applicable duties and taxes depending on the country of delivery.
This service can take up to 10 days depending on the country you are in.
The insurance is once again well understood in the shipment.
The rate set for international shipments is €130. It includes the forwarding agent's export documentation fees as well as transportation (we only charge the forwarding agent's fees).

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

If you wish to return your jewelry, you must contact us by phone at 01.42.80.27.36 or by email at [email protected] by specifying the reasons for your request. We will then send you a return slip.

Upon receipt of the jewelry, we will perform a quality check, and proceed with the exchange or refund. The refund will be made within a period of 14 working days following the receipt of the package.
