Installment or deferred payment link

Alma offers you more flexible online or showroom payment options. You can choose to pay:

• either in 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 10 installments

• or defer payment for 15 or 30 days (Pay Later)

We create a payment link for a simplified and user-friendly transaction. To pay in installments with Alma, you will need to provide several pieces of information:

• Name

• First Name

• Address

• Email Address

• Phone Number

Once you receive your link, Alma will verify your identity and financial capacity.

What documents do I need to provide?

Several documents will be required:

• A valid credit card valid for at least 4 months

• Your bank details to connect to your bank to verify your solvency

• An identity document such as your passport, national ID card, or residence permit

• A verification selfie

• Proof of residence for payments of €3000 and above (multiple documents accepted: electricity, telephone, or internet bills less than 3 months old, tax notice).

The different steps to pay in up to 10 installments with Alma

Thus, only 4 steps are required to use Alma for deferred payment in installments:

• A summary of your personal information

• Identity verification

• Confirmation of your solvency by entering your income or simply connecting to your bank

• Contract acceptance with your signature, which will be sent to you by email confirming that everything went smoothly

You can pay by: CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS (ALL CARDS ACCEPTED EXCEPT PREPAID CARDS).

Frequently asked questions about payment and using Alma

Why do I need to connect to my bank?

According to the law, a payment divided and paid over more than 3 months is considered similar to an earmarked credit. Therefore, we are obligated to verify your financial ability to repay.

However, rest assured! You do not need to fill out any paper forms for this transaction.

Where can I find my bank credentials?

You can usually find your bank credentials directly on your account statements.

Is the connection to my bank secure?

Alma and Maison Celinni handle your information strictly following GDPR laws; we assure you that the connection is 100% secure and respects your data. To ensure your solvency for deferred payment, Alma obtains information from your bank using Budget Insight, approved by ACPR.

Paypal

We also offer payment via Paypal if you have an account, from 1 to 4 installments in a simple and intuitive manner. We will send you a link via your email address. The choice is made directly by you on your Paypal account, not by us.
